Price

Our prices in our catalogue do not include 21% VAT.
Orders over €1 000.00 the customer receives a trade discount of 2 %
Orders over €2 000.00 the customer receives a trade discount of 5 %
Orders over €5 000.00 the customer receives a trade discount of 10 %

 Payment
All our invoices are payable up to 30 days after the original invoice date.

Tacit agreement 
If the customer does not respond within 10 days, a tacit agreement is assumed.

Non payment 
If the invoice is not paid within 30 days of the due date, the customer will receive a reminder to pay the invoice. If the customer does not pay after 7 days after the first reminder, a 2nd reminder is sent. If the customer then fails to pay within 7 days of the 2nd reminder, we will notify debt collection.

Warranty 
Every manufacturing defect is covered by a normal 24-month warranty. Report the factory defect to us by mail and we will help you further.  

 Delivery
Domestic deliveries are charged a standard €4.95 and foreign deliveries are charged €7. Delivery is made within 4 to 5 working days after the sales order confirmation. The customer has the right to cancel the order up to two days after the order date.
